The benefits of sprouted seeds.
The germinated seed contains all the vital energy of the plant because it contains all of its embryonic cells .
Depending on the seed, some are 10 to 50 times richer in nutrients than the grain or vegetable itself!

Germination is a very simple technique.
First, soaking the seeds in filtered water after rinsing them. The soaking time is specific to each species.
The seeds are then drained and placed in a basic commercial sprouter. They must be rinsed twice a day to eliminate mold and growth-inhibiting enzymes.
The germination time for optimal consumption varies, from 3 to 4 days for alfalfa, 4 to 5 for broccoli, 1 to 3 for lentils. They can be kept for a few days in the refrigerator, after having dried them well.
Producing your own sprouted seeds is low cost, you need to count about 8 to 10 euros for a commercial sprouter, or to make yourself with a recycled glass jar. A packet of seeds costs about 6 to 8 euros. There are many tutorials on the networks, I’ll let you discover them.
For a low price and maximum benefits, treat yourself to sprouted seeds!
