preparation

In a large bowl, mix the coconut milk and liquid Castile soap. Add the essential oils. Store in a bottle (glass or plastic) and consume within 30 days.

  • 240ml distilled water (regular water is also acceptable)
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 10 drops of essential oil (tea tree or lemon essential oil for oily hair, lavender essential oil for dry hair, peppermint or rosemary essential oil for normal hair)

Pour distilled or plain water into a container and add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Add 10 drops of your desired essential oil. Pour everything into a spray bottle. After shampooing your hair, spray your homemade hair conditioner on it and leave it on for 5 minutes. Then rinse

Place the herbs in a glass jar. Fill with homemade apple cider vinegar, which should completely cover the herbs. Close the jar tightly and let the herbs soak in the vinegar for at least 2 weeks.

When ready, use the herbal rinse water by following these steps:

1. Pour a few tablespoons of the prepared herbal vinegar into a large bowl and dilute it with water. You can fill the bowl to the top.
2. Next, dip the ends of your hair into this mixture and leave it for 30 to 60 seconds.
3. Spread the remaining mixture on your hair and leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes. Then rinse. Recommended use is once a week.

Mix equal parts cornstarch and cocoa in a bowl. If you have blonde hair, use as little cocoa as possible, and if you have red or light brown hair, avoid it altogether, and it is also recommended to reduce the amount of cocoa (compared to cornstarch).
